Manage Service

The feature allows to: Add services, Edit services, Search for services and Delete services

1. Add service

You can set:

• Name ( name of a service)

• Type: Choose the type for your service in the type list. If you want to create a new type, click on "Add type". After that, a type popup will be showed, so you can add types. If you want to know how to manage types, read here

• Duration/Pricing: Set duration for a service and choose one of the following price types: Fixed, Free, start at, varies, don't show.

Please, note: If you choose "starts at" price type, you can add unlimited price options

• Description: you can add Media for a service, add text to describe your service

• Feature Color: Choose a "feature color" for a service. This feature color will appear on the calendar in the "Overall Schedule" and "My Schedule" features. This allows you to easily identify the services customers have booked on a specific day by looking at the feature colors on the calendar.
• Service Staff: Select employees from the list who are responsible for the service. The staff list is categorized by roles. If you want to select all people within a specific role, simply click the checkbox of that role.

Please, note: If you want to create a new employee, click "Add staff". After that, a staff popup will be displayed, so you can add a new employee. Read here if you want to know how to manage staff

• Sale Off: Configure the discounted price and the period during which it applies.

Please, note: You can choose to apply the discount based on either the "booking date" or the "service usage date."

Suppose that Promotion period is from 09/12/2024 - 16/12/2024

+ Option 1: Applicable for "booking date." If a booking is made between December 9, 2024, and December 16, 2024, the discounted price applies, regardless of when the service is used.

I made a booking in 09/12/2024. I still got a discount although i use the service in 29/12/2024

+ Option 2: Applicable for "service usage date." If the service is used between December 9, 2024, and December 16, 2024, the discounted price applies, regardless of when the booking was made.

2. Search for services

organize services by sorting them alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A) or numerically by ID (0-9 or 9-0). Additionally, to quickly locate a specific service, enter its name into the search bar.
