Cancel Booking

Go to BookPro >> Settings >> Cancel Booking

You can set:

• Allow to Cancel Orders: Enable customers whether cancel their orders or not

• Minimum Time Before Canceling: Enable to cancel an appointment at least x minutes before the appointment time.
