Withdraw

Go to: Businesses -> Settings -> Mail -> Withdraw

The feature is able to set an email when:

  • Have a withdrawal Request

  • Have a successful Withdrawal

  • when a withdrawal is Cancelled

1. Withdrawal request

  • Enable: Choose to send an email after a user requests a withdrawal or not

  • Subject: Add the subject that is displayed in mail list

  • From: Add the subject that is displayed in mail detail

  • Send from email: Receiver will know them to receive mail from which email address is

  • Recipients: Add recipient's email addresses (use comma separated to add more email addresses)

  • Email Content: Allow to add text for email. Add short codes below if you want to display these details in email content

Name: [obp_name], Amount: [obp_amount], Withdraw Date: [obp_withdraw_date], Payout Method: [obp_payout_method],Payout Status: [obp_payout_status]

Sucessful Withdrawal

  • From: Add the subject that is displayed in mail detail

3. Withdrawal canceled

  • Enable: Choose to send an email after a withdrawal is canceled

  • Subject: Add the subject that is displayed in mail list

  • From: Add the subject that is displayed in mail detail

  • Send from email: Receiver will know them to receive mail from which email address is

  • Recipients: Add recipient's email addresses (use comma separated to add more email addresses)

  • Email Content: Allow to add text for email. Add short codes below if you want to display these details in email content
