# Manage Portfolios

## **1: Settings**

Appearance >> Customize >> Portfolio

### 1.1: **Portfolio Archive** <a href="#id-1-portfolio-archive" id="id-1-portfolio-archive"></a>

You can install the Portfolio Archive Page with several custom fields:

* Choose the numbers of posts per page: unlimted- depend on your need
* Order By: Sort Order (define in per portfolio), ID, Date, Title, Random
* Order: Ascending, Descending
* Select layouts with 2 columns, 3 columns or 4 columns
* Type: Classic, Modern, Grid
* Header Type
* Footer Type

### **1.2: Single Portfolio** <a href="#id-2-single-portfolio" id="id-2-single-portfolio"></a>

You can setup Single Portfolio Page with several custom fields:

* Choose the type of Single Portfolio Pages with 3 options: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3
* Show Comments: Yes/No
* Header Type
* Footer Type

## **2: List All Portfolios**

From Dashboard, Go to Portfolio >> All Portfolios\
With this feature, you can see a list of all Portfolios. Besides, it lets you view, edit, remove and clone any portfolios

## **3: Add A New Portfolio**

From Dashboard, Go to Portfolio >> Add  A New Portfolio\
If you want to have a new portfolio, You only need: \
\- Write Title, Description\
\- Add Date, Location, Department\
\- Create Gallary\
\- Sort Order\
\- Allow Comments, Trackbacks and pingbacks or not<br>

## **4: Add  A New Portfolio Category**&#x20;

To add a new portfolio category, you only need to: \
\- Add Name of portfolio category, slug and description  \
\- Choose Parent Items‌
