# Manage Document
## **1: Settings**
Appearance >> Customize >> Document
### **1.1: Document Archive**
You can change:
* The number of posts per page: unlimited- depend on your need
* Order by: Published Date, ID, Title, Date, Random
* Order: Descending, Ascending
* Layout with 1 column, 2 columns or 3 columns
* Sidebar: Left, Right, No Sidebar
* Header Type
* Footer Type
### **1.2: Single Document**
You can change:
* Sidebar: Left, Right, No Sidebar
* Show Comments: Yes/No
* Header Type
* Footer Type

## **2: List All Document**
From Dashboard, Go to Document >> All Document\
This feature will list all document and allow to do some operations with document such as view, edit, remove, clone.
## **3: Add New Document**
From Dashboard, Go to Document >> Add New Document
\
Add some fields:\
\- Title\
\- Category\
\- Content\
\- List Files\
\- Publish Date\
\- Sort Order\
\- You can allow comments
## **4: Add New Document Category**
To add a new document category, you only need to:\
\- Add Name of document category, slug and description\
\- Choose Parent Items

## 5: Some Elements
### 5.1) Document Category
**Title**: Change text "All Categories"
**Category Not In**: Insert ID category that you don't want to display.
**Border Type**: None, Solid.....
### 5.2) Document Download
**Content**
* Title: Insert title
* Icon: You can choose or upload an icon
* Show Date
* Show View Icon
* Show Title
* Show Link of Title
**Document**
* **Order by**: ID, Date, Title, Random, Sort Order, Published Date
* **Order**: Ascending, Descending
* **Document Items**: Insert number
* **Category**: Choose All or a Category.
### 5.3) Document Download 2
**Columns**: 2, 3 columns
**Order by**: ID, Date, Title, Random, Sort Order, Published Date
**Order**: Ascending, Descending
**Document items**: Total items
**Category**: Choose All or a Category
**Show Date**
**Show View Icon**
**Show Title**
**Show Link of title**
### 5.4) Document Download 3 - Slide
**Document**
* **Category**: Choose All or a Category
* **Order by**: ID, Date, Title, Random, Sort Order, Published Date
* **Order**: Ascending, Descending
* **Document items**: Total items
* **Show Date**
* **Show View Icon**
* **Show Download Icon**
* **Show Title**
* **Show Link of title**
**Additional Options**
* Space between 2 items
* Number of Items
* Slides to Scroll
* Pause on Hover
* Infinite Loop
* Autoplay
* Autoplay Speed
* Smart Speed
* Show Dots
### 5.5) Document Items
**Category**: Choose All or a Category.
**Total**: Total items
**Order by**: ID, Date, Title, Random, Sort Order, Published Date
**Order**: Ascending, Descending
**Show Date**
**Show View Icon**
**Show Download Icon**
**Show Title**
**Show link of title**
### **5.6) Document Ajax**
**Title**: Change title
**Number Columns**: 1, 2, 3 columns
**Post Per Page**: total items per page
**Order by**: ID, Date, Title, Random, Sort Order
**Order**: Ascending, Descending
**Category Not In**: Insert ID of category that you don't want to display in result.
**Show Sidebar**
**Show View Icon**
