# Manage Events

## 1**: Event Settings**

### **1.1: General Settings**

From Dashboard, Go to Events >> Settings >> Gereral Settings

**Date Format**: d-m-Y, m/d/Y, Y/m/d, Y-m-d

**Time Format**:  12 Hours and 24 Hours

**Calendar Language**: Support multiple languages.

From Dashboard, Go to Events >> Settings >> Event Settings

* Templates: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, Type 4, Type 5, Type 6, Type 7
* Posts per page: Insert number.
* Order By: Title, Custom Sort, Start Date, ID
* Order: Increasing, Descreasing
* Header Type
* Footer Type
* Columns: Column 1, 2, 3
* Thumbnail: 600x400
* Show event sidebar
* Show Past Event in Result
* Show search by date
* Show search by category
* Show Thumbnail
* Show Date
* Show Hour
* Show Location

## **2: List All Events**

From Dashboard, Go to Events >> All Events\
You can view, edit, delete and clone any events you want

## **3: Add The Category of Events**

From Dashboard, Go to Events >> Type

\- This feature allows you to add unlimited event Category  according to your need.\
\- You enter name of event type, slug, description and choose Parent Items.\
\- You also view, edit and delete any event types.

## **4: Add A New Tag**

From Dashboard, Go to Events >> Tag

\- With this feature, You can add unlimited tags \
\- You will enter tag name, slug, description and choose parent item if you want to add a new tag\
\- This feature let you view, edit and remove any tags.

## 5: Add New Event

Go to Events >> Add New

### 5.1) Add General fields

* Title
* Description
* Categories
* Tags
* Template: Default Template or [Elementor Template](#id-6-build-event-single-template-with-elementor)

### 5.2 Add Basic Tab

Templates:&#x20;

* Global: Display template default in plugin.

### 5.3 Add Location tab

## 6: Build Event Single Template with Elementor

From Dashboard, click Templates >> Add New or Choose "Single Event" if you import demo data.

The Plugins supports multiple elements to display data of an event.

**Category**: Choose All or a Category

**Post Total**: Insert number.

**Choose Time**: All, Current, Upcoming, Past

**Version**: Grid, List

**Template**: Template 1, Template 2, Template 3, Template 3, Template 5, Template 6, Template 7&#x20;

**Layout**: Vertical, Horizontal => Only apply for version Grid.

**Columns**: One Column, Two Column, Three Column => Only apply for Version Grid.

**Order By:** ID, Title, Start Date, Custom Sort (you can insert number for custom sort when create new event)

**Order**: Descending, Ascending

**Excluded Categories**: Insert ID of category what you doesn't want display in result.

**Show Heading**: Show text "Upcoming Events" like image

**Heading**: Change to another text

**Show/Hide fields in template**: Thumbnail, Date, Hour, Location, Title, Excerpt, Link to Detail

**Show All**: Show "All" in filter

**Show Only Featured**: Only display featured event. you can config featured when craete new event

**Show All Events Button**: show button at bottom.

**Text Button**: Change text of "See All Events" button.

**Total**: Total events

**Order By**: Date, ID, Title, Random

**Order**: Descending, Ascending

**Excluded Categories**: Insert ID of category what you doesn't want display in result.

**Show/Hide fields in template**: Thumbnail, Date, Hour, Location, Title, Excerpt, Link to Detail

**Addtional Options:**

* Margin: space per event
* Show Nav: Show navigation
