+ Form template: You can select Multi-step form, Classic Form, or Legacy Form

+ Donation options: You can choose Multi-level Donation or Set Donation

a) Multi-level Donation:

You choose this option if you want to this form to have one set donation price

  • Custom Amount: Allow the user to input their own donation amount or not

  • Donation Limit: Set Minimum amount and Maximum amount

  • Donation Level: Set donation levels ( add amount and text for each donation level )

b) Set Donation:

  • Set Donation: set donation amount for this form

  • Custom Amount: Allow the user to input their own donation amount or not

  • Donation Limit: Set Minimum amount and Maximum amount
