Manage Room

1) Create Type

Rooms >> Types >> Add New

2) Create Room

Rooms >> Add New

+ Room Code: Not Space, Not Special Character

+ Type: Choose a Type

+ Type of Seating: Including 2 types of seating ( Seat Map, No Seat)

a) Seat Map:

• Shortcode Image Map: Insert a shortcode. Read here to know create shortcode in Image Map

• Person Type(Seat): If you want different ticket prices for each person type (adult, children...), you can create person type.

• Add Seat:

  • Seat: Define in Image Map Pro

  • Adults, Childrens: Insert Price for per person type

• Person Area: If your stage has a community area and you want to sell different tickets to each type of person, you can create person types.

• Add Area:

  • Area: Define in Image Map Pro

  • Adults, Childrens: Insert Price for per person type

  • Quantity: Total person for this community area.

From Left Panel Menu click "Image Map Pro" >> Lauch Editor

a) Open a Available Map

Click Load >> choose a map to edit

b) Create New Map

Click New >> Add Info of New Map

Note: Name used when create a seat in Room.

• Ticket Name: Set name for tickets

• Description: Add description for each ticket type

• Quantity: The number of tickets for each ticket type

• Price

• Priority

+ Extra Services: You can sell additional services with each ticket.

+ Description: This information will display in PDF Ticket.

+ Private Description: Only see when bought ticket.

3) Customize Template
