Manage Bookings

Display the all Booking Movies.

1: Listing Bookings

Go to Bookings >> All Bookings

2: Edit a Booking

You can change info of customers and Seat

• If you change name of customer, you only need to click "update" button normally.

• If you change Seat: After update booking, you have to click "Create and send tickets" button to create new tickets.

Click Edit seat

Change D6 -> D5

Click "Create and Send Tickets" to make new tickets.

• Example some buttons:

  • "Create and Send tickets": The system will create tickets and send to mail of customers.

  • "Send order details": The system will send Order Link to mail of customers, so the customer can payment order online and get pdf tickets in mail.

  • "View order details WooComemrce": The system will redirect to order in woocommerce.

3: Create Manuall Booking

Step 1: Bookings >> Add New

Step 2: Insert some Info

• Choose Movie

• Choose Showtime

• Choose Room

• Choose Seats

• You can search Seat Code in form

• Insert Customer Information

• Choose Persion Type and Services.

• Finish: "Add Booking" button

Step 3: Choose some options

After Add Booking button, the system display some options:

a) See Details

• The system doesn't create tickets.

• The system redirect to edit booking.

b) Send Order Details

• The system doesn't create tickets.

• The system will create a Pending Order in WooCommerce and send that order link to customer, so the customer payment online and receive tickets.

c) Send Tickets:

• The system create tickets and send to customers.

d) Continue Creating

• The system doesn't create tickets.

• The system redirect to create manual booking page.

3: Check Sales

You can check sales of any movie, any time, any city/venue, room
