Manage Order

Go to Products >> Manage Order

1: Filter order by many options:

+ Order ID

+ Custom Name

+ Check-in Date / Check-out Date

+ Find order in range date.

+ Find order of a room

+ Order status

2: You can check status of some info:

Deposit: Full Payment, Partial Payment

Insurance: Paid for Customers, Received.

3: You can update status of Order to Completed

4: Click Order ID to check detail Order

If the customer use Deposit Payment, you will see 1 and 2

Create Remainning Invoice button: When click this button, the system will send an invoice for customer and a remaining payment link.

Pay Full (Offiline) button: If the customer payment remaining at office or manual payment. click this button to update status to Full Payment .
