Go to Apperance >> Menus
Go to Events Manager >> speakers >> Choose a speakers to copy link
You can use link like here to add archvie speaker page to menu: https://your-domain/slug-of-speaker
Also you can use Loco translate plugin to replace text of other text relate to speakers.
Example:
You can change Style for archive speaker in Event Settings.
You can change setting for speaker detail page in Event Settings.
You can change "speaker" slug to your language in Events Settings.
You can customize template in child theme.
