Create Manual Order
If you have customers who reach out phone calls, messages, or emails to make booking/orders, so you need to Create Order manually to manage them in back-end.

If you have customers who reach out phone calls, messages, or emails to make booking/orders, so you need to Create Order manually to manage them in back-end.

Go to Products >> Create Order
Select Status for an order in Status Drop-down: Completed, Processing, Pending Payment, On hold, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed
Fill in Customer information: First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Phone, Address 1, Address 2, City, Country
Add Items ( add unlimited items ) : Select a Product in the Product Drop-down. Then, fill in Fields: Pick-up Location, Drop-off Location, Pick-up Date, Drop-off Date, Quantity , Email, Your Full Name, Number of Guests, Date, Insurance Amount, Deposit Amount, and cost.
Click "Create Order"
You will this order in manage order
Go to Detail Order: you can send a link order link to customer, so the customer can payment this order online.
