a) Rental Type: Day/Day

If you choose Rental Type: Day and Charged by: Day

For example:

If a customer rents from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am, to 22 jan 2020 - 11:00 Am

Rental Time Period: 3 days ( Even if rental time period from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am to 22 jan 2020 - 09:00 Am => Rental time Period is still 3 days )

The way to calculate rental period: (Drop-off date) - (Pick-up date) + 1

Ex: 22 - 10 + 1 = 3 (days)

b) Rental Type: Day/Night

If you choose Rental Type: Day and Charged by: Night

For example:

If a customer rents from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am, to 22 jan 2020 - 11:00 Am

Rental Time Period: 2 days ( Even if rental time period from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am to 22 jan 2020 - 09:00 Am => Rental time Period is still 2 days )

The way to calculate rental period: (Drop-off date) - (Pick-up date)

Ex: 22 - 10 = 2 (days)

c) Rental Type: Day/Hour

If you choose Rental Type: Day and Charged by: Night

For example:

If a customer rents from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am, to 22 jan 2020 - 11:00 Am

=> Rental Time: 3 days

If a customer rents from 20 jan 2020 - 10:00 Am, to 22 jan 2020 - 09:00 Am

=> Rental Time: 2 days

The way to calculate rental period: (Drop-off date) - (Pick-up date) + X

X = 1: if (Drop-off Time) - (Pick-up Time) > 0

X = 0: if (Drop-off Time) - (Pick-up Time) < 0

Ex: 22 - 10 + 1 = 3 (days) if Drop-off Time at 11:AM and Pick-up Time at 10:00 AM

22 - 10 + 0 = 2 (days) if Drop-off Time at 09:AM and Pick-up Time at 10:00 AM

d) Rental Type: Hour

For example: If a customer rents from 10:00 Am, 20 jan 2020 to 11:00 Am, 21 jan 2020 - => Rental Time Period is 25 hours.

e) Rental Type: Mixed

For example: If a customer rents from 10:00 Am, 20 jan 2020 to 11:00 Am, 22 jan 2020 - => Rental Time Period is 2 days and 1 hour.

If a customer rents from 10:00 Am, 20 jan 2020 to 09:00 Am, 22 jan 2020 - => Rental Time Period is 1 day and 23 hours.

f) Rental Type: Period of Time 1

Period Time with Unfixed Time: No

Period Time with Unfixed Time: Yes

g) Rental Type: Transportation
