a) Multi-level Donation:

You choose this option if you want to this form to have one set donation price

• Custom Amount: Allow the user to input their own donation amount or not

• Donation Limit: Set Minimum amount and Maximum amount

• Donation Level: Set donation levels ( add amount and text for each donation level )
