1: Add Category

Go to Service >> Categories >> Insert Name

2: Display Category at frontend

2.1) Choose Header/ Footer for Category

You can change in customizer. Read here

2.1) Display category in menu

Go to Apperance >> Menus >> Choose a category to add to menu.
